I made meat loaf tonight. It turned out very good. Below is a recipe for Banitsa. A traditional Bulgarian dish. Typically you use fetta cheese for the filling, but I've made Apple Banitsa, Pumpkin Banitsa, and mushroom and cheese Banitsa. It's very versatile. Try it out.

I grew up in Sunnyvale, a part of the San Francisco Bay Area. After graduating from the University of San Francisco in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, I chose to join the Peace Corps for two years. I am currently serving in Bulgaria helping the Municipality of Bratsigovo with various projects including; Economic development,European Integration, Eco-tourism, and website development.
